01    FLOYD,
Richmond Virginia
2023-2024

1910 Victorian row house located in Richmond’s historial Fan District. Mid-century modern comfort woven with color-blocked pieces inspired by the artist Douglas Coupland’s colorblocking. The addition of a custom built-in bench under the stairwell adds much needed storage and additional seating.

This bright 680-square-foot apartment in Echo Park built in 1924 does double-duty as space for living and work. Storage is maximized and each piece is in the main room is adjustable in order to serve different purposes through-out the day. The neutral palette, woods and organic materials contribute to the feeling of elevated calmness.

With a focus on residential interiors for city-dwellers, Rosier embraces small spaces and moveable solutions.

Central to the practice is a connection to history, expressed through playful curation of heritage craft, art, and design relics.  While beautiful, projects are first designed to meet the needs of daily life—honoring the habits, collections, and whims of busy people.

Accepting new projects and consultations in Los Angeles, and beyond.
